Detailed Itinerary

Day 1Pick up from the Airport/Hotel in Arusha and drive to Lake Manyara National Park.

Your driver guide will pick you from the Hotel/ and then you start your scenic view to the beautiful Tanzania and the drive will take you 5hours to Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon game drive.Lake Manyara National Park is famous for biodiversity, the park includes different environments: the lake, the forest and the plain. The lions climb the trees because they don’t like wet soil due to underground springs. Rich in primates, birds and big mammals.

Accommodation: Lake Manyara Sopa lodge(Budget) or Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View Lodge(Midrange) or Lake Manyara Serena Lodge(Luxury)

Meals: Full board

Day 2Drive to Ngorongoro conservation area for an afternoon game drive

After an early breakfast you start your first full day in the world famous Ngorongoro. Spend the day exploring this natural paradise. Lunch will be taken at one of the picturesque picnic sites within the park. After this you will continue on your adventure to spot as much of the varied game there is to be found within the area.

Accommodation: Ngorongoro Sopa lodge(Budget) or Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View Lodge(Midrange) or Ngorongoro Serena Lodge(Luxury)

Day 3Drive to Tarangire National Park for an afternoon game drive

After breakfast drive to Tarangire. After noon game drive, Meals and overnight at lodge.

Day 4Drive Back to Arusha to end the trip.

After breakfast your guide will drive you back to Arusha for your international flight out or drop off at the Hotel to end the trip.

Day 5Lake Geneva and Château de Chillon

It’s market day in Lausanne! Enjoy browsing and packing a picnic lunch for our 11 a.m. boat cruise on Lake Geneva. A few miles down-shore we’ll dock at Château de Chillon, where we’ll have a guided tour of this delightfully medieval castle on the water. On our way back we’ll take time to peek into the vineyards surrounding Lutry before returning to Lausanne. Boat: 2 hrs. Bus: 1 hr. Walking: moderate.
