15 Days Uganda Gorilla Trekking And Habituation Experience, Kenya Coast Beach safari to Mombasa, Watamu and Diani

After breakfast you embark on your vehicle to south western Uganda in Bwindi impenetrable National Park a home of mountain gorillas passing in the rolling hills, tea and banana plantations which gives a scenic view. You will reach in the evening, for relaxation at the lodge have dinner and overnight.

After your early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters with your packed lunch to join other trackers for registration and briefing about Dos and don’ts during your trekking activity, you will be welcomed by the local community entertainment as they perform cultural dances. Later, you will start your trekking activity escorted by the armed ranger, this trek may take half an hour or three quarters of the day depending on the movements of the mountain gorillas, once you find them you will be allowed to spend one hour interacting with them, taking pictures and you will later return to the headquarters to be awarded certificates and you will be driven back to the lodge for relaxation and overnight.

After your early morning breakfast and transfer to the park headquarters to meet researchers and guides with your packed lunch for registration and briefing about Dos and don’ts during your habituation experience, you will start your activity escorted by the armed ranger, you may take half an hour or three quarters of the day depending on the movements of the mountain gorillas and nature dictates, once you find them you will be allowed to spend one 4 hours interacting with them, taking pictures and learning more about how they are trained to get used to people you will later return to the headquarters to be awarded certificates and you will be driven back to the lodge for relaxation and overnight.

After breakfast early in the morning, you will check out at the Lodge, embark on your vehicle and set off for your return journey to Entebbe for an overnight

Fly from Entebbe international airport to Moi international Airport and you will be picked up by your safari guide of the day who will meet, greet and take you for Mombasa city tour that may include a visit to Fort Jesus, several temples, Maama Ngina and craft markets. Lunch will be served in a selected restaurant and then proceed to your Beach hotel for dinner and overnight

After your breakfast, you will be free to enjoy beach life on the shores of the Indian ocean. Mombasa is located on the northern shores of Indian ocean and you may decide to swim, enjoy the beauty of the blue water, participate in boat rides, take a walk on the beach and or swim in Hotel swimming pools. Mombasa Beach hotels have some of the best swimming pools in East Africa. Lunch, dinner and overnight at your lodge.

After breakfast, your driver guide will drive you to Watamu for a visit to Watamu Marine National Park. Watamu has one of the finest white beaches located in a remote part of Kenya. Your journey will take you through some industrial parks as well as some green plains and forest. Arrive intime for lunch, relaxation at the beach, swimming, dinner and overnight at your Beach Hotel

After breakfast, you will be briefed, registered and then embark on your boat cruise to Watamu Marine National Park. Here you will have an opportunity to spot a variety of see fish and wildlife including Dolphins (This will depend on your luck and season). Optional activities here include snorkeling, diving, swimming and so much more.

Lunch will be served at the island as the locals entertain you. Its your chance to taste some sea foods and local cuisines. You will retire to your lodge for dinner, entertainment and overnight.

After breakfast, you will be driven to Malindi town for a city tour where you will visit some historical mosques and the famous Fort Lugard monument. Transfer to your beach hotel to enjoy life on the Malindi white sand beaches as you observe the beautiful blue ocean waters of the Indian ocean. Feel free to swim at the hotel swimming pool or in the ocean. Dinner and overnight at your Beach Hotel.

After breakfast, take on an adventure to the white sand beach for a walk or optional boat cruise. Relax on the beach and observe the beauty of Indian ocean. Interact with the locals and other travelers on the beach.

Return to your beach hotel for Lunch, evening swimming at the Hotel pool. Dinner and overnight in Malindi.

After breakfast, you will be driven to Mombasa ferry crossing point onwards to Diani. The journey is about 3-4 hours and you will arrive in time for a lunch and relaxation. Dinner and overnight in Diani.

After your breakfast, you are free to relax on the beach, take a walk on this beautiful beach that stretches 17kms as you observe tides and blue ocean with happy people. This is one of the most amazing experiences you should not miss. The walk on this beautiful Diani beach is so relaxing and rewarding. Return to your Hotel for Lunch, short relaxation and swimming in the pool or ocean.  A couple of surprise activities may be arranged for you to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge.

After an early morning breakfast, your driver transfer you to Shimoni south of Diani where you will be registered and then be allowed to take a boat excursion to Kisite-Mpunguti and Wasin Island.

These boats are operated by the locals who are very knowledgeable in as far as Marine life in Indian ocean is concerned. At Kisite-Mpunguti Marine National Park, you may have an opportunity to see Dolphins, see fish species, Coral reefs among others. While at this marine park, you are free to jump out of the boat for swimming, snokeling or relax in the middle of the ocean.

After your visit to this Marine National Park, you will take your boat to Wasin Island where a variety of dishes are served. You will have a chance to test see food and fish as well as local juice prepared by women on this Island restaurant.

Wasin Island restaurant is an example of how marine tourism is contributing to the development of the locals. All the proceeds from the sell of meals go to community projects. The locals here will also share with you their culture which is very amazing.

After lunch,you will transfer by boat to Shimoni and then back to your Beach resort hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

There is no better way to say bye to Diani other than ending your beach adventure with another chance to spend a relaxed moment at the beach. Take a walk, get on a camel, do some swimming as you wind your stay on Kenya’s most loved coastal beach. Lunch, dinner and overnight at your Beach hotel.
